What should you do?

• All pets should be passed to us within 3 hours of their passing (call us for drop-off location)
• Mid View City (Upper Thompson)
• In the event that you are unable to handover to us within 3 hours, please ensure you wrap / double bag and keep the body in the freezer to prevent decomposition
• When you are at the Studio for handover, our staff will assist you with filling in a form of your details, and note down any possible add-ons for the service

Payment

Full Payment to be made upon completion of the form and handover.

Can be broken down into installments, at additional 5% surcharge of Preservation cost. We accept Visa, Atome, PayNow.
